📋 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Swift Refrigerated Transport website and your engagement of our cold chain transport services. By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all refrigerated transport services provided by Swift Refrigerated Transport, based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

💼 Services

Swift Refrigerated Transport provides chiller and freezer truck and van transport for temperature-sensitive freight across Abu Dhabi and the UAE. Services include:

• Chiller transport at 0°C to +5°C (chilled goods)
• Freezer transport at -18°C to -25°C (frozen goods)
• Chiller truck and van transport
• Freezer truck and van transport
• Standard and Premium service levels (as agreed at quote)

Specific service terms — including vehicle type, route, temperature range, pickup and delivery windows — are agreed between Swift Refrigerated Transport and the customer at the time of booking.

💰 Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Swift Refrigerated Transport are:

• Based on the information you provide at the time of enquiry
• Subject to final confirmation once route and cargo details are verified
• Valid for the specific route, cargo, and timeframe discussed
• Exclusive of any additional charges arising from changes to pickup, delivery, or cargo after booking

Starting rates are published for reference. Final pricing is provided in your specific quote. We do not charge hidden fees — any additional charges will be communicated and agreed with you before service.

📅 Booking and Confirmation

A service is considered booked when:

• You accept the quote provided by Swift Refrigerated Transport
• Pickup and delivery details are confirmed
• Both parties agree on the date, time, and vehicle assignment

Any changes to a confirmed booking — including pickup or delivery time, route, or cargo details — should be communicated to us as early as possible.

❄ Temperature Control and Cargo

We maintain the agreed temperature range throughout transport (chiller at 0°C to +5°C, freezer at -18°C to -25°C).

The customer is responsible for:

• Accurately describing the cargo type, volume, and temperature requirement
• Pre-cooling cargo where appropriate for chilled or frozen transport
• Proper packaging suitable for cold chain transport
• Providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses and contact information

Swift Refrigerated Transport is not responsible for cargo damage resulting from incorrect cargo description, unsuitable packaging, or cargo not prepared for cold chain transport.

⏰ Delivery and Timelines

Delivery timelines are agreed at booking. While we aim to meet all scheduled pickups and deliveries, timelines may be affected by:

• Traffic conditions in Abu Dhabi and inter-emirate routes
• Weather conditions
• Circumstances beyond our control (road closures, accidents, etc.)
• Changes requested by the customer after booking

We communicate proactively about any delays that may affect your delivery.

⚖️ Liability

Swift Refrigerated Transport provides cold chain transport services with reasonable care and industry-standard practices. Our liability is limited to the scope of the services agreed at booking.

We are not liable for:

• Loss or damage resulting from incorrect cargo information provided by the customer
• Delays or loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Consequential losses beyond the value of the transport service itself

🚫 Prohibited Cargo

We do not transport:

• Illegal substances or items prohibited under UAE law
• Hazardous materials requiring specialised handling not agreed at booking
• Cargo that would violate UAE customs or regulatory requirements

Customers must confirm that their cargo complies with all applicable UAE regulations before booking.
